In early 2016,Zhenyuan Wheels integrated the best materials,technologies,and equipment from around the world to start the development of lightweight wheels.In March 2017,the new product"Breeze"wheels were officially launched.This product uses high-strength aluminum alloy wheel rims and is designed with an optimized product structure to maximize the reduction of thickness in non-load-bearing areas,making it an ultra-lightweight wheel that is 14 kilograms lighter than wheels of the same model.Once launched,it was favored by strategic partners such as FAW,B AIC Foton, SAIC Hongyan,SINOTRUK, SHACMAN.

The Breeze ultra-lightweight wheels,co-developed with a"Top 500"company,weigh only 33 kilograms,about 14 kilograms lighter than traditional wheels.In a weight comparison experiment between ordinary wheels and"Breeze"wheels,a"6x4 tractor+3-axle trailer"vehicle can reduce weight by about 322 kilograms per vehicle,a data technology that has reached a leading level domestically.According to calculations for a truck running 80,000 kilometers per year,using"Breeze"wheels can save 4,320 liters of fuel annually.

In addition to the lightweight label,as a flagship product of Zhenyuan Wheels,the"Breeze"wheels also have multiple highlights.Considering that the wheels will generate a large amount of heat after rotation,reducing the service life of the wheels and tires,the"Breeze"wheels have been optimized in terms of tire structure design,allowing the wheels to form a negative pressure during rotation,providing continuous cooling for the wheels and tires.Under the same usage conditions,compared with ordinary wheels,the"Breeze"wheels can effectively reduce the temperature by up to 8 degrees Celsius,greatly increasing the service life of the wheels and tires.Currently,the"Breeze"wheels have obtained 8 patents,4 of which are invention patents.
